Learn the fundamentals of the deadlift. Build muscle, strength and power with this classic lift. The class will include instruction of the main lift as well as focusing on assisting muscles to enhance the lift.

Open gym membership allows access to our Built Strong Strength Club Facility to train on your own.

Agility + Core Conditioning

Power-Speed and Agility

Our Power-Speed and Agility class combines explosive strength training with high-intensity speed drills to boost athletic performance and overall endurance. With a focus on powerful movements (landmine, plyometrics), fast footwork (ladder drills, run mechanics), and reactive agility, you’ll build the strength and quickness needed to tackle any physical challenge. Buttz n' Gutz
Our Butts and Guts class targets core stability and glute strength to give you a powerhouse foundation for every workout. This session combines dynamic movements and focused core exercises to help sculpt, strengthen, and build endurance in these key areas. Push yourself and discover the confidence that comes with a strong, resilient core and glutes.
One More Rep
This class revolves around everything that Built Strong has to offer. It is a condensed version of our entire class schedule to help make you stronger, more stable and powerful. This high intensity workout will increase your strength, endurance and conditioning to help build your athlete.
Active Stretch

An active mobility and athletic stretch class designed to increase range of motion and relieve tension throughout the body. The class will incorporate dynamic and static stretch, foam rolling, neural flossing and isolated tension release.

Functional Kettlebell
This instructive intensive class will unlock the secrets of kettlebells by learning proper form and technique to help increase stability, strength, and cardiovascular endurance while increasing lean muscle mass.

Our Full Body Functional Movement class targets strength, mobility, and endurance through exercises that mimic everyday movements, enhancing your body’s real-world performance. Our Squat and Bench Combo class focuses on two of the most effective lifts for building total-body strength, emphasizing proper form and progressive strength gains. Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) emphasizes sequential movement between postures, coordinated with guided and deliberate breath to improve posture and mobility.
