Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your membership, please note:

  1. A 30-day written notice is required before your next billing date.
  2. If a 30-day notice is not provided, an additional month will be charged at your current membership rate.
  3. Any discounts applied to your membership will not be considered during cancellation.

To cancel your membership, you may submit your written notice either:

  • In person at Built Strong Strength Club.
  • By registered mail.
  • Email.

Hold Policy

Our membership hold policy is designed to give you flexibility while maintaining your membership benefits. Here’s a quick overview:

  • You can place your membership on hold at any time, avoiding the monthly membership charge.
  • Holds are allowed for up to 3 months per calendar year (consecutive or in total).
  • A $10 holding fee per month will be charged and must be paid in full when requesting the hold.
  • Your membership will automatically resume at your current membership rate once the hold period ends.

Collections

Any outstanding balance that is 3 months or more on any membership or personal training options will automatically be sent to collections. Unless the balance has been settled within that 3-month period.
